Ms. Amy

I'm a passionate educator at Gulu Gulu Learning Academy, where I serve as a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) teacher and academic coach. I’m dedicated to creating a fun, dynamic learning environment that sparks creativity, encourages critical thinking, and nurtures a lifelong love for learning. I’m currently pursuing a major in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice, and I love bringing fresh, student-centered strategies into my classroom to support every learner’s unique needs. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling and photography—I’ve had the chance to visit Japan, France, Ireland, London, and Mexico. Spanish is my first language, and I’ve got a soft spot for vibrant colors (especially red), turtles, and pink lemonade. For me, teaching goes far beyond academics. I strive to inspire and empower my students, helping them grow not only as learners but as individuals ready to take on the world.
